The space is styled with minimalist modern décor, which pairs effortlessly with the home's historic features—original decorative light fixtures, ornate Victorian cast iron radiators, and traditional millwork—offering a rare blend of old-world character and contemporary comfort.

Every detail has been curated to promote ease and elegance, making it a perfect escape for solo travelers, couples, or professionals. And if you enjoy starting your mornings with a hot cup of coffee on the private front porch, this may be your perfect match.

This thoughtfully designed home offers all the comforts of modern living—free high-speed Wi-Fi, refrigerated air, and polished hardwood floors—while embracing the timeless, cozy aesthetics of its 1901 roots.

The home makes excellent use of both style and square footage, providing a layout that feels spacious yet inviting. The foyer is simple, warm, and welcoming, setting the tone for the rest of the home.

At the heart of the house is a custom “roundabout” kitchen, featuring granite countertops, rich custom cabinetry, Turkish porcelain tile, and stainless-steel appliances. It flows effortlessly into the dining room, which is elegant and grounded, making a statement without feeling overdecorated. It comfortably seats eight. Just off the kitchen, a sunny breakfast nook offers an additional cozy dining space, with seating for four.

The home’s three bedrooms each feature ample closet space and are furnished with Vista Series Plush King Mattresses—designed with pocketed springs for deep, supportive, and restorative sleep.

The family room is perfect for relaxing or streaming your favorite shows, complete with a Vizio 40” Full HD Smart Cast TV, already connected to the home’s high-speed Wi-Fi.

Thank you for staying with us! To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for all, please review and respect the following guidelines before and during your stay:

Check-In / Check-Out
Please return the keys to the lockbox before departure. A $60 fee will be charged if keys are not returned at check-out.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please be prompt so we have enough time to clean and prepare the space for the next guest.

Always lock the door when you leave.

Guest Profile & Access
A clear profile photo is required so we can identify you upon arrival and ensure a secure check-in.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No outside visitors without prior approval.

House Rules
No smoking, drugs, or illegal activities on or near the property.

Absolutely no candles, incense, or open flames of any kind.

No parties or events. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly.

Any guest who becomes visibly intoxicated or disruptive will be asked to leave the property immediately.

No pets allowed, either inside or outside the property.

Do not eat meals in bed.

Do not move or rearrange furniture or décor.

No red wine or colored beverages on or near any furniture. We’re happy to help with special requests—just ask!

Cleanliness & Consideration
If anything breaks, spills, or stains, please notify us right away so we can take care of it.

We take pride in our linens—towels are soft and fluffy, and pillows are hotel-quality. If you’d like to know where to buy them, just let us know!

Please recycle, conserve water and energy, and be mindful of your environmental impact.

Turn off lights and AC when not in use or when leaving the suite.

Noise & Community Courtesy
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum, including music, conversations, and car audio.

This is a quiet, respectful community—please help us maintain that atmosphere.

Due to the historical nature of the home, you may occasionally encounter an unwelcome visitor (e.g., insects). We apologize in advance. We work with Orkin Pest Control, who services the property monthly.

Timeless Charm

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming old house! The high ceilings and spacious rooms gave it such a grand and welcoming feel. The kitchen was beautiful—well-equipped and perfect for cooking in. If you appreciate character, space, and timeless charm, this home is a gem.
