Modern House with Trailer Parking

Remodeled in 2021. All new furnishing and appliances. The property has plenty of parking as well as lockable parking for a 40' trailer if needed (please arrange prior to your booking or stay) . Smart tv's in every room. Refrigerated Air conditioning. Nice location to the Balloon Fiesta or park and ride for the state fair. Plenty of close restaurants and shopping.

House and neighborhood looked very nice. Upon entering the first thing we noticed was a notice that the water filter on the refrigerator needed replacing.Upon informing the owner it was taken care of within a couple of days. The icemaker also wasn’t working but when we looked it was one big solid block of ice which we thawed out to get it working….surely these minor details should have been taken care of before our arrival. Upon looking through the house we did wonder why each bathroom had a very large plunger under each cupboard…..we soon found out. They obviously had problems with their sewage drainage system. Within days we had a blocked toilet and a flood on the main bathroom floor where the seal had come away from the commode. The owner was very good about getting it fixed that same day within a couple of hours and on Super Bowl Sunday it was done. we contacted the owner for instructions to light the fireplace who came back with ..do not use it and it is not advertised as useable and it’s very dangerous. Perhaps you should state that it’s NOT a working fireplace instead of pointing out that there is a fireplace which people expect to be working. We had booked to rent the house until our departure on Saturday morning checkout. A few days prior we were notified that builders would be coming to start work to replace a garden wall on Friday morning and again on our departure day Saturday. Surely this could have been scheduled for after we had departed. Stay here again ….No.

Very clean home. Only suggestion: back sliding door needs to have the lock repaired a bit. Quiet neighborhood, clean, nice living area, close to grocery shopping/coffee. Would recommend and stay there again.

House was very clean and very nice. Well decorated for a clean, modern feel with great showers too. We had a couple small issues: Sofa bed in living room is very hard, it was okay, just hard. Property host a large amount of people and if you plan to cook for all your group, a few kitchen items are lacking; could use a couple large bowls, a couple more hot pads, and a serving dish or two. We made due and it was fine. There is an issue with the back left burner on the stove. It does not want to turn off. Fire place is gas, but is turned off, so no fire which was disappointing. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

Clean, Well Stocked, Safe Neighborhood

Appreciated having a lot of room in the kitchen and living area. Great stay for baseball tournament. Clean. Also appreciated the little amenities like a toothbrush and razor.

Excellent location and property

The house and property were well-maintained with a newly remodeled interior. The location was on the northwest side of Albuquerque which suited our needs exactly. If available, I would stay here again when visiting my ABQ family.

Beautiful home away from home!

This home was perfect for our family to be able to gather at while we were in town to attend a family reunion! It was so much better than everyone getting their own hotel rooms. We were all able to enjoy so much more time together because of this gracious host and his beautiful home!

The place you always hope you'll come across.

Beautiful setting in a quiet neighborhood with short distances to great eating a shopping venues. The house has been updated and comes with the little details that you will appreciate. There's ample space to stretch out and relax inside or on the pleasant patio. Of the 5 rentals I've stayed in over the last month, this is the only one that has a hot water system that is hot almost instantly at every faucet. Think of how much water that saves! I especially enjoyed the songs of doves and a mocking bird in the yard. All this at a very competitive price.

A perfect home base for an Albuquerque visit

The house is in a great spot on the northwest side of the city. It’s in walking distance of an entrance to Petroglyph National Monument. Even though my stay followed the ballon festival, there were hot air balloons in the sky many mornings. If you are looking for a place with plenty of room, a modern kitchen, and that’s great to stage day trips to Santa Fe, Jemez Springs, etc, you will be very happy here.
