  • 'OURZ' es un moderno 3 dormitorios, 2 baños casa de vacaciones a poca distancia de la popular playa de Middleton.

    Al otro lado de la carretera de la playa de Middleton Bowling Club, y sólo una corta distancia de Eyre Park, donde los niños pueden correr y jugar a sus anchas. Hay también un montón de sitios para comer cerca OURZ.

    Para aquellos en el golf, que es sólo un corto viaje a la Albany Golf Club.

    Si usted está en caminar, entonces el pie de Middleton Beach a Emu Point es seguro para complacer a continuación si desea que caminar a lo largo de la pista o por la playa.

    "OURZ" tiene capacidad para 8 personas, con 1 cama queen en el dormitorio principal, 1 doble y una individual en el segundo dormitorio y 1 doble con una individual arriba (como una litera) en el tercer dormitorio.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Middleton beach. Lots of room for three generations and walking Distance beach. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and it was good having two bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ourz. It was not far from my relatives house and the house was great. We will stay here again. It was good to be close to the park and kids were able to walk to the park. The front room even had the big kids playing in there. The communication with the owner was great nice and easy and not stressful at all.

Excellent holiday place for families

Location, facilities, beds and amenities was fantastic. Recommend this place - a lovely walk to the beach, close to park with flying fox and loads to do and see, with lovely restaurants and bars too

We had an amazing stay at this holiday house near Middleton Beach! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach.The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were cozy, and the outdoor area was great for relaxing in the evenings. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy Albany — we’d definitely love to come back.

Just a short stroll to Middleton beach. Perfect location if you want to stay a little bit away from the hustle and bustle but still a short drive to shops etc. House was perfect for our Family of 6. The house was clean, very organised and large enough for our family. My only recommendation would be to bring any takeaway containers with lids etc if you plan on doing any day trips.

My Family had a relaxing time close to the city and beach, traveled to the Gap and Natural bridge, The Blowholes , went to Denmark went to Elephant Rock and a few other beaches

Great property and great location. Easy communication with owner. This was a return visit to the property, to play in the Albany golf classic.
