Ocean Beach House: Pet friendly with beach views

* Price includes all beds made in the Main house (2 x King beds, 2 x Single beds, 2 bathrooms - Sleeps 6 guests).

For larger groups, a separate studio with 1 bedroom (Queen bed) and a bathroom can accommodate 2 more guests.
The Studio is an optional extra for groups of 3-6 for an extra $250 per stay, or included for groups of 7-8.

Enjoy stunning Ocean Beach glimpses from this spacious, split-level home, perfect for families or groups of up to 8. Pet friendly & fully fenced.

KEY FEATURES:
• Multiple levels with dedicated spaces for both adults and kids
• Large games room, decks, and a secure, fully fenced garden for dogs and kids
• Main house: 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 bathrooms, open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area
• Master bedroom with ensuite and access to the top deck
• Large deck with BBQ and seating
• Three Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, reverse cycle aircon and a fireplace
*Studio: Optional for groups of 3-6 for an extra $250, or included for groups of 7-8

All linen provided (except beach towels).

Mobile reception varies; Telstra works best in regional areas.

* Strictly no parties, this is a quiet residential area with quiet times from 9pm-8am.
No Leavers/Schoolies bookings.

Ocean Beach House is fully fenced & well behaved dogs are welcome. Booking this property is automatic acceptance of the following Pet Policy.

PET POLICY:
Pet Fee of $80 per stay.
Maximum 2 dogs (not cats or puppies).
• Fully house-trained dogs only inside the property.
• No dogs on beds or furniture at any time.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum—excessive barking/howling is not permitted.
• Pets must not be left unsupervised inside at any time.
• Guests must bring their own pet bedding & food bowls.
• All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of in a sanitary manner. Extra fees apply if waste left.
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, inside or outside the property

BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:
To allow our hard-working Cleaning team to spend time with their own families we have the following:

Check-in Thursday immediately prior to Good Friday (or before) through to Easter Monday (or later).
CHRISTMAS:
Check-in 22nd December (or before) through to 27th December (or later).

Perfect

Beautifully presented and spacious house, that has heaps of room for eight guests. Great views from the upstairs living area and verandah, and has everything that you could possibly need for your stay. Excellent communication and smooth check-in process and the digital guide was fantastic, so easy to use. We're already planning our next stay!

Clean and well presented house

Great place. Some shortcomings

Great place for a group. Well presented home with all you could need. We did experience some issues with cleanliness (dirty bedding, rubbish from previous guests left in bins, dog poo from previous guests in garden) which was frustrating but company apologised. House can be noisy if you are a light sleeper as main road goes very close. Bring ear plugs if so. No air con in bedrooms if that is an issue for you. Otherwise comfortable.

Perfect house

Absolutely loved staying at this property. Photos didn’t do it justice as it was even nicer. Laundry with washer and dryer was very handy. Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of space to chill out. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely Place To Stay

We stayed here so my husband and two daughters could do the Bluff Knoll climb, and have a family weekend away to somewhere we hadn’t visited before. From the second we stepped in, we knew that we would enjoy staying in this lovely house. We felt at home straight away, and the house had everything in it that was needed and more. Would highly recommend staying here, and we will be back

Fabulous house. Beautiful view. Very relaxing. Close to amazing beaches. Lights beach is the best dog beach we've ever seen. Expensive after extra fees and charges. Dog door would be good.

Great location but a little noisy

Beautiful and large house about a 30 minute walk to Ocean Beach. House was well provisioned with necessities, and beds were very comfortable. The only real issue was the location next to the main road (it's right on the corner). Although I could see that on the map when I booked, I didn't realise the road would be so busy (especially late at night and early in the morning). Due to the weatherboard construction the sound really carried, especially to the main bedroom in the middle floor. If you're not a light sleeper it would be fine; if you are, either stay in the Master on the top floor or in the self-contained unit on the ground floor.

Excellent short stay

The property was in a great location and had views to Ocean Beach. A well stocked kitchen so we could cook our own meals. The house has separate living areas with comfortable couches and lots of extra touches such as games, DVDs and books. The beds were very comfortable. The check in process was easy. Would highly recommend for families.

Wonderful home and location!

We (2 families - 4 adults, 4 children, 1 dog) thoroughly enjoyed a stormy winter's holiday at Ocean Beach house. Would highly recommend it! Great location - close to ocean beach and short drive to Denmark town, Ocean Beach, Monkey Rock and Greens Pool. Great vineyards within 15 min drive. Nice warm fire in open living space and lots of wood for cold stormy nights. Kids had a ball and plenty of space for them to run around outside. Beds were comfy and there were lots of towels for us to use which was wonderful. Great BBQ. Host was fantastic - very responsive to any queries we had and arranged a tradesman to fix a broken light straight away. Can imagine the house would be even better in summer.

Time To Breathe

From the moment we drove through the gate one got a sense of calm and a feeling of being welcomed. The Ocean Beach abode delivered on all levels: it was very clean, tidy and thoughtfully decorated. The design of the house provided comfortable space to hang about or quiet nooks for anyone wanting some down time. Also the yard catered well for our Ridgeback (well secured and good space) but he was much relieved when ushered into the house to be with his pack. Thank you for everything :o)
