Large living room with TV, a dining area, and a den with a dedicated workspace (desk). Books, board games, and toys for kids of every age.

LOCATION
Quiet, safe neighborhood near stores and restaurants, about a 10-minute walk to Las Alturas Park. White Sands National Park, the New Mexico Museum of Space History, and Holloman AFB are a short drive.

PARKING
The space in front of the home, the gravel area beside the concrete, and plenty of street parking.

GOOD TO KNOW
- No washer or dryer is available to guests.
- The garage is not available to guests.
- Self check-in with a smart lock. Early check-in is often possible; just ask.
- There are exterior security cameras on the property; none inside.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.
