"The room was very clean and comfortable! The neighbourhood was safe and calm. Our airline had lost our luggage, and Euphran, the manager of the property, was incredibly helpful and so lovely! We do not speak arabic so he helped us communicate with everyone involved and successfully got us our luggage back :)"

"We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem. The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family. Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication: 1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so...

"Das Zimmer war nicht so wie es auf den Fotos schien. Es gab keine Küche im Hotel. Frühstück wurde wohl geliefert, es war NICHT GUT.Der Service der Mitarbeiter war ausgezeichnet! Sehr HILFSBEREIT und ZUVORKOMMEND! "

"El personal del hotel es maravilloso, hicieron que nuestra estancia fuese fantástica, son muy detallistas y ante cualquier duda te ayudan a resolverla. El desayuno muy bueno, variado y completo. Sin duda volvería. "

"Grauenhaft!!! Bloß nicht buchen. Es gibt wie bei Expedia beschrieben keine Leistungen vor Ort. Nach alles musste gefragt werden. Von 3 mal Frühstück 1 mal bekommen. Kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Alles Fürchterlich lediglich das Zimmer gut aber wird nicht gereinigt. Balkon war die Sicht auf die Pyramiden und Museum Gut."

"The bathroom looked like it had mold, the cabinet smelled, and the door did not lock properly ( they did not fix it even when I asked). The pool was nice but other than that there is no appeal."
