Very clean! For anyone who's sensitive to smells or mold, this house is a great option for you. Older but updated. Excellent location. We enjoyed several evenings at the park. Comfortable beds. Appreciated the black out blinds. Would probably stay again.Notes for future guests - the largest bedrooms do not have TVs. The twin size bed in the smallest bedroom does. This place is advertised as up to 6 people, but the house only accommodates 5. There are minimal dishes, towels, etc. available, so plan on washing dishes and doing laundry often or bringing/purchasing extras. The owners communicate and they will respond to messages. This is great because there is nothing in the house that gives any information or directions, no welcome book, or anything that really explains what the expectation is. This was the first time that we've stayed at a rental that did not have any information anywhere. Again, these are not major issues, just things to note for the comfort of future guests. Overall we enjoyed our trip to Ohio!
