"The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room"

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte"

"As someone who has travelled around the world, this is definetely not a four star Hotel. The hotel rooms are so small you only access the bed from one side. My wife had to climb over me to get in and out of the bed. When we arrived and saw the room, I immediately called reception to ask to change my room for a larger one. I was told that every room in the hotel is exactly the same size and would not be able to "upgrade". The sink is part of the living quarters and you can't open the...

"Excellent - 5 star location! Although, a little disappointing in that the rooms were a bit tired. The bed, a 'tad' saggy. A great location but for the price and to advertise as a 5 star hotel is false. Polish is needed. Attention to the furnishings are also needed. Its not a 5 star hotel. I would classify as a 4 star trendy hotel in a great location. You pay for the location."

"Kind and helpful staff don’t really feel the need to review the facilities because that’s just corporate crap"

"Wonderful Stay at The Broome! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience staying at The Broome! Our room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The amenities were great, and you can tell that a lot of thought goes into making guests feel welcome. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and such a great way to start each morning! The Broome is truly a hidden...

"This property is beautiful and in a great part of the city. The rooms are clean and decorated with higher end materials and fabrics. The only drawback is that if you are on a lower floor like the 3rd or 4th floor you can hear the music on club nights -- Friday and Saturday. IF you're going to be staying at this hotel on the weekend then ask for a room on a higher floor."

"This was my first time staying at Motto by Hilton in Chelsea, New York, and I loved every second of it! From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. As a queer couple, we especially appreciated how LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming the hotel was. The staff securely stored our luggage while we explored the city before check-in. The customer service was exceptional! Whenever we requested extra towels or water, they arrived within 10–15 minutes. We also enjoyed...
