"The check-in staff were incredible. The gentleman who helped us could not have been nicer and went above and beyond to assist us. Parking can be a bit challenging if you are unable to get a spot in the hotel's parking area, and he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the options. The level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. The pool area was very nice and a great place to relax. Bar service at the pool was average, and there was no background music, which made the atmosphere...

"Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und in Sachen Sauberkeit und Ambiente absolut auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider wurde statt des gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmers mit King-Bed und Balkon zunächst ein barrierefreies Zimmer vergeben. Dieses entsprach optisch und funktional nicht dem gebuchten Standard. Für meinen knapp zwei Meter großen Vater war dies besonders unangenehm, da weder Dusche noch Spiegel für ihn geeignet waren. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation...
