"the place was beautiful"

"Gorgeous property, nice rooms, extraordinary staff. Lots of little maintenance issues; when a room is empty it would take 10 minutes to go through and make sure everything works. And some bigger issues - the track on my patio door needs replacing (the man who got it to open and close arrived promptly and did a quick fix), my sister's front door had to be repaired in order to open and close properly, my brother had to change rooms because his first room smelled of mold. "Beautiful, historic property with a nice resort atmosphere. Pool was beautiful and restaurant was delicious. Workout gym was a little small and split between an upstairs and downstairs."

"Andaz is usually so much better. Room was dusty and service was sub par. Property still beautiful. Overall disappointing for 1,000 a night with resort fees."

"The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. "The JW Marriott was clean and nice but I don't love the decor - a bit outdated. Otherwise the stay was good - just my personal opinion."

"great place"

"The house is amazing and beautiful.. everything you need for a home away from home. Something for everyone in the family to occupy themselves. It is located close to stores and the freeway. The beds were super comfy. We will definitely come back. There are options to have the beds in the room king or twin size. The home is just like the pictures. Although it was 111 degrees, the home was nice and cool. The backyard area is beautifully laid out. It is safe and quiet. "
