"I must say I was disappointed the way Expedia handled it. It appeared, Hilton has 2 types of Master suites - with a balcony and without one. Expedia posts photos with the balcony, I expect the balcony, I really needed it to have some room for myself when all the family sleeps. But Hilton puts me into a no-balcony suite, and says that the balcony suite is not ready and costs $35 more. They moved me the next day and I paid for it. So, it was fine in the end. "This is the definition of a 5 start hotel. We went to celebrate my husbands birthday because he's an avid golfer. It was easy to book tee times and the service was impeccable. The course was wel maintained and even saw a crocodile. The hotel itself went above and beyond because our room wasn't ready at time of arrival."

"Staff were amazing here! We were totally stressed out after driving from the airport in rush hour traffic. I was almost in tears and the valet parking gentleman was super kind. Then the front desk was fantastic offering us an upgrade to a higher floor. We had dinner in the restaurant and the service and quality of food were incredible! We were only there for a 17 hour layover but would definitely stay here again."
