"The door handle broke and we got locked in the room, then that night a high pitched alarm went off and I had to call multiple times for someone to turn it off. They did after an hour or more and then it came back on a few hours later. No offer of apology or compensation for lost sleep. The staff is wonderful. Friendly and did their best, but I would not recommend."
