"Great staff "

"The room is clean and spacious. Excellent location as it’s next to a mall. There are many dining options around the hotel within walking distance. Staff is very helpful and friendly. During my stay (room 1606), I’ve mistakenly threw something into the trash bin. I approached the 阿姨 who was still cleaning other rooms on the same floor and she managed to retrieve it for me. Really appreciate it. Didn’t manage to get her name but thank you very much. "

"First time back at the GZ Marriott in around 7-8 years and honestly it was an objectively terrible stay. It’s listed as a 5 Star Hotel and the price puts it in the same bracket as other leading hotels in the city. On that basis, the rooms are old and dated. The bathroom is yellowing, the bed and sheets feel stale and not fully clean (if you’ve experienced it you know what I mean) and the furniture looks tired. The food, a really important part of the hotel experience for me, was terrible...

"First time back after covid. I stayed here because of previous excellent experiences. I thought hotel was very tied. Bars are closed. They have placed red mats over what must be worn out carpet in the breakfast room which were a tripping hazard. We were on the 40th floor and they were jack hammering above our room til about 8pm and they started again early. Would i stay here again. Probably not"

"Great hotel. Highly recommend. Nice gym/spa with an excellent sauna. 2pm check out is standard. If you have some time to kill they take care of you well. "

"This hotel was above my expectations. The staff was super attentive and went beyond to help ensure we were checked in early. The room was very spacious and the set up was so cozy. The cleaning crew did an emaculate job daily and we appreciated the turn down service as well. Over all a great experience and felt like we were at a resort in the middle of a busy city! And of course, the rooftop bar. Def worth the visit!"
