"Positives Good location, various parking options, clean, bed comfy and polite staff. Room for improvement Price was high for the room looking at what you actually get for the price. The bed was very small, the blinds creaked when you opened them, the shower was cold and then when you turned it up the pipes made a really loud noise, some of the bar dishes were like warm, at 10pm club music started to play and it went on late. "I paid full board including the evening meals as a birthday treat for my wife, which was quite a bit extra, but at the end of our stay they charged me again for dinners. The receptionist said that becouse I had not booked directly through them I was not entitled to do this, which ment paying twice for the meals, and that I was misinformed by the waitress who had said that the meals would be deducted from my final bill. The staff where very nice but didn't seem to know much about this situation...
