"The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!"

"Excellent value and location. The restaurant, bar, and pool very nice. Nice game and rec area too. Feels family run with personal touch, not huge and corporate. The apartment was emmaculately clean and had everything including a good working a/c from the start! Thank you! Let go of the head banger overly loud dj at 4pm. All you hear is an outrageously loud backbeat. Ruins the pleasant vibe that the restaurant, bar and snack bar team all provide so well, plus the lovely pool. We liked our stay....
