"For the price you pay i think it should be a microwave and bigger refrigerator in the room, and the pool was dirty a lot of bird feathers and other trash floating, " I didn't get in"The room was hot even on 68 degrees it was muggy and warm. Room was clean, cleaning staff great, but for me not worth $150-$200 a night."

"The room was large and the bed comfortable. The balcony was much bigger than I expected. Most of the staff were exceptional. The bartenders at both bars were jerks. In fact many people were bringing in their own liquor so they didn’t have to put up with the poor service,attitude and watered down drinks (when you could actually get one). The restaurant staff were great and the food was terrific with indoor and outdoor seating."

"The Kimpton Hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff were very attentive. I had an issue with my thermostat and someone was at my foot within 15 minutes. They took care of it and had no other issues throughout my stay. Only one complaint that my room was somewhat dark despite the 4 lamps in the room. The building is over 100 years old so maybe that's the reason for the dim lighting. "

When we first entered our room we immediately heard how noisy the AC unit was, then after using the restroom and almost fell off with the broken toilet seat, we knew staying here was a mistake! Overnight was extremely noisy and the next morning went to take a shower just to find out there was no body wash/soap. "Our room didn't have air. The people next door to us were so loud (after 11pm). When we approached the front desk, they acted like we were lying about the noise. Said there were no other rooms available. Eventually they changed our room at midnight. It was ridiculous. The pool room is tiny. Not a good experience."

"It is a new hotel so it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good, a nice full hot breakfast with lots of choices, however I would have liked more fresh fruit as the only had apples and oranges. But everything else was very enjoyable."
