"The location is excellent. Walking distance to everything. The room was ok, The walls are very thin and the wood floors are creaky and squeaky. The bed was a little mushy and needs to be replaced along with the linens. Parking was expensive. The lot across the street is nice and close but it cost me $ 182.00 for 4 days parking. The bar and restaurant are really nice and full of beautiful, interesting people from all over, You need a reservation for just about any restaurant you go to."

"Staff was very professional."

"Basic hotel not the usual intercontinental property"

"We were put right across from the elevator and it dinged all night long! Got very little sleep!"

"The restaurant and bar were closed Sunday Monday Tuesday. Breakfast cafe expected me to try to spread frozen clumps of butter on my toasted bagel. Room was large and clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly. Hard to figure out the hot water system in shower. Great location to streetcar system and French quarter a few blocks walk. Would stay again"

"Good"

"Bathroom was not clean and the room had several damages/dents in the walls."
