"No hotube in the resort"

"Lovely staff, easy transport to everywhere, both serve and local to many good food places"

"Room was a good size, but bathroom needs refreshing. Black mould on door and grouting. Shower drain needed clearing as water wasn't draining properly. Room had a damp, musty smell. Reported to reception, they washed the floor which helped mask the smell for the first night but it soon returned. Fridge is really noisy, bedding could have been better and heard everything when people were going walking by. Breakfast was great, plenty choice and staff were lovely. Parking and pool towels were...

"Beds comfy - sofa beds not really comfy. Family room- there is not a full partition separating the room. Food - meat dishes overcooked and the meat was tough . All food except the soup (lunch/ dinner) and the freshly made omelettes Luke warm. All staff hard working and could not do enough for guests . Sea a short walk away but beach abit rocky - 20 min walk to a sandy beach ."

"Rooms are not cleaned only towels are changed. Carpets outside room are filthy I was scared about cockroaches. Saw rats climbing up and down the trees outside my room. Was upgraded to a sea view but the view was of trees and I was on the 1st floor (no sea was in the view) All Russians and Israeli tourists. Felt a bit out of place. Staff are friendly but hotel should be a 3 star maximum."

"Staff are friendly . Breakfast quality of food was low ..no fresh juice anywhere in hotel !! Poolside was a dirty no cleaned enough during day and the pool shower side showers most of them didn’t work .the room need refurbishment and the fold out beds where terrible . Disappointing"

"Amazing choice! Rooms super clean and comfortable, used the hair salon services 10/10 The location was great and the staff were great"

"Good hotel, near the city center, but far enough to be sufficiently quiet. Also there is a pool and dinning"
