"This place is amazing!!! Location, service, amenities, and everything else that offers is top tier! And what makes this place even better are the prices VERY AFFORDABLE in compared to other places nearby. Definitely, I will be back and also will recommend this place to all my friends and family. Plus, the view to the volcano is incredible!!! Este lugar es espectacular!!! Todo lo que ofrece (locación, el servicio al cliente, las instalaciones) no hay nada de que quejarse. Es demasiado lindo!...

"Literally could not be happier with this stay. Not only was it a gorgeous location with a stunning view, but the rooms were beautiful, absolutely spotless, and the free breakfast was delicious. But honestly, it was how helpful and amazing the staff were. They gave us such great recommendations, helped us with every question and need we had, and were genuinely so good at their job and so joyful! I can't wait to come back to Costa Rica literally just to stay here again."

"Loved our stay at this resort . Everything was perfect. The hotel restsurant was very good and breakfast ess included . You can pick from a menu. The balcony was awesome in our room. Used it a lot. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be to add someway to store clothing in room. No closet and limited hanging space."

"This is an amazing place to stay. The food at the restaurant is very good the service provided by each and every staff member is truly great. They really are exceptional with their customer service. The view facing the Arenal volcano is breathtaking. Will definitely recommend this place."

"El hotel espectacular, muy limpio y sus piscinas termales 100/10,los tragos en todos sus bares muy buenos al igual que el desayuno."

"Todo muy bien! El personal muy atento. Tal vez el único comentario es que no hacen la limpieza del cuarto todos los días. Fuero de eso, la ubicación y lo demás está increíble! :)"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Secreto in La Fortuna! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was wonderful, and the rooms were beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous, with perfectly manicured lawns and lush greenery. One of the highlights was seeing sloths hanging out in the trees in the morning! The location is fantastic, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The only small downside is that the walls are a little thin, so you can hear your...

"Loved our stay."

"Recomendable el lugar ideal para descansar al finalizar tu dia de actividades en la Fortuna limpio todo se ve muy nuevo la habitación bastante amplia con balcon privado en planta baja el desayuno muy completo el personal muy atento y amable nos facilitaban todo lo que se nos ofrecia solo aconsejaría poner extractor en el baño de la habitación que me toco pero en general califico de excelente las instalaciones la ubicación y el servicio"

"If you are ok without air-conditioning, you will be beyond pleased. Beautiful surroundings and wonderful staff. Check in was very smooth. Refresh towels and drink was offered and all luggage carried to the room. Restaurant with views of Volcano and lake.........no words"

"Staff was great, room clean, all very attentive, friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, we enjoyed the fresh fruits."

"It was clean, Room was Comfy we had a very good view from our superior suite, and very good and private, though we saw ours was maybe most private little cabin they had. Nice lush garden right in front of room and walk to our cabin. Bed was comfy on soft side."

"The hotel is much like a little resort, without a restaurant. They do serve a great breakfast. The pool is large, clean and plenty of lounge chairs. The rooms were very clean and everything functioned perfectly. The grounds were well kept, and its a short walk into La Fortuna. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying there. They also provide options for adventures around the area. So take advantage of that, before you go. Once you book, send them a Whatsapp...

"Great staff"

"Great place to stay. Long way up the mountain, but once you get there its a great view!! The bar closes at 8:00 pm, so if you are in the middle of a pool game, too bad!! The lights are out and you have to leave!!"

"This place was okay until I saw the mouse dropping on the table at breakfast. Because of this we were going to skip breakfast for the second morning. Unfortunately when we went to shower and brush our teeth there was no running water. Staff didn't seem very concerned about either issue when I shared so I would caution people to avoid unless this is acceptable to you. View was good but not really any better than many other views of Arenal Volcano."
