"Honestly don’t ever stay here unless your standards are in the toilet. Shower head was broken couldn’t even wash yourself without crouching, not to mention the floor flooding with poor drainage everytime. The ac broke 3 nights in and wasn’t fixed during the rest of the stay. The balcony door broke and wouldn’t close so hot air was coming into the room 24/7, despite alerting the front desk, no maintenance was sent until 1 hour before check out.
