"DiParkr was very helpful at the front desk. He spoke great English and solved a couple of issues that other staff weren't able to fix. I was mortified to see at least 4 big fish in a tiny tank, though. The fish need either a much larger tank, or please take them to a sanctuary or somewhere where they have space to move around. "The room which we booked for 3 people doesn’t have enough space. We had to upgrade with additional cost, post upgrade as an additional bed only mattress was given, there are other hotels which provide a cot with no additional cost at all. The cafeteria did not have enough food options, the bathroom once closed developed a pungent smell after sometime, we had to call room service for bathroom freshener time and again. "We had an unpleasant stay experience. During the winter season, we faced issues with heating. When we requested the heater, they insisted on an additional charge of Rs 1000. Despite booking a stay with buffet breakfast, the hotel did not provide a buffet; instead, they offered a limited menu with options like puri sabji, paratha, or bread with tea. I do not recommend this hotel due to the rude and unresponsive behavior of the staff."
