"We were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Stay were very apologetic, there was a power outage the night we stayed so not ideal. But there was a battery back up so we had some, if inconsistent, power"

"This is an excellent hotel that is not luxurious, but neither is the price. It is clean, neat, has breakfast and the staff is friendly. Good value for the price and location. Rooms are standard for the price and are all you need for the night."

"A nice basic hotel by the airport. We saw lots of cleaning staff and workers working around the hotel while we were there for two nights. Some updating is needed but looks like they are working on this and maintaining the property. Shuttle service to the airport was excellent and with the Union Person line at the airport it was simple getting downtown to the Rogers Centre or Scotiabank place. An uber was recommended to get to Rogers Stadium for the concert and this worked out well. Check in...

"We rented two rooms. One of the rooms at downstairs was terrible, it smell like someone peed in the room, when we complained they said the carpet was recently shampood, how come a freshly cleaned carpet smells so terrible. Besides the bathroom sink was not draining properly and no hot water flow on the sink. When I requested to change the room the attendant said you can checkout and find other hotel. The whole downstairs had smoking odor even though the section entrance door says...

"The floor felt like I was going to fall through. My feet turned black from dirty floor. Doors looked like they had been water damage. The top bed blanket was dirty. For the price I paid, should of had a mIcrowave and refrigerator included."
