"Beautiful setting, right on the canyon. No parking, had to walk almost a mile from where we parked. Has coffee available at 630 am, but it would be gone immediately. Staff were ok, but not super friendly. Stayed in tusayan at Grand Canyon inn and suites for about 1/3 the price super accommodating staff and free coffee and breakfast. Would stay at el Tovar one night for experience but would do rest of the trip in tusayan. "

"Hair in the shower, floors felt dirty, not enough towels for amount of guests put down, at breakfast staff took the trash out and it dripped everywhere and it never got cleaned "

"Room was outdated and needed a lot of repairs. The walls are paper thin. No ice machines in working order. The food options at the casino are terrible with the most of the staff being rude Literally took over 45 mins to cook a blt sandwich and a Cesar salad. "

"Walking distance to many restaurants and shops and has great views of the sunrise over the mountains. "

"The motel was fine if you just need a reasonably priced place to stay. It's about an hour from Sedona and 1.5 hours to The Grand Canyon, and 10-15 minutes from Flagstaff airport."

"Loved the bedding - crisp and white. Loved the no-carpet room. Would have liked more variety of fruit at breakfast. Would like the choice of pet-free rooms like smoke-free rooms."
