"Nice"

"This place is old and needs some work. There was dirt and someone's hair on the floor. The shower knob was confusing and took some tinkering with to make the water right, plus the broken shower curtain rod kept the curtain from staying closed. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I had a wonderful experience at Best Western Clifton Park! The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everyone made me feel welcome, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you to the entire staff for making my stay so enjoyable!"

"The lobby was cute and classy. Parking was great. I'd like the overall"Vibe"of the hotel. There was some debris at the top of my bedsheets when I checked in. The wall/sheet rock needed patching and painting in several places, especially in the hallways."

"Good location, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We accidentally left our Kindle in the room at check out. The housekeeping staff returned it to the front desk. The front desk emailed me to let me know it was there. Extremely pleased to have it returned. Will stay at this hotel again."

"Horrible horrible room with bright light from the parking lot like a spot light on my face all night and NO BLACKOUT SHADES. come on how much does a curtain cost. So gross. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The rooms in the building we stayed at had recently been renovated. New paint new, flooring, new beds. Walls are thin and you can hear everything from the hallway. The first night was quiet but Saturday night was noisy. In the main building, there are still more renovations to be done. Breakfast did not provide a lot of options other than carbohydrates. All the employees we interacted with were pleasant."
