The host was there at the home to great us and answer any questions we had. The concierge as help with booking round-trip airport transportation from and to the Tulum airport. "The house is better than the pictures. The pool and hot tub were perfect. You’re on the beach. They even had caretakers there who did the cleaning and some cooking for us. Couldn’t say enough about how helpful and nice they were. The master bedroom set up was terrific. Comfortable beds, huge house. "Villas & Cenote Balam Ha is a Unique Place in surrounded by Nature in Akumal, very close to the Town and beaches where we snorkel with Turtles. The propierty, with very confortable accomodations, and fully furnished with Art pieces from all Mexico. We spend lot of time swiming in the Cenote, and spot the Spider Monkeys and The Toh Birds and did the Temazcal with Abuelita Laura, that was a superb experience. We also took massages and Yoga lesson. We will Come Back!"

"We had a great stay. Cheryl was very communicative and very easy to deal with. This house sits right on the bay and is just stunning to wake up to the sunrise every day. The rooms all have cold AC and the showers were always hot. It is truly amazing when you first roll into the private gates and just take the view in. Samuel takes care of the property and any requests or needs you may have. He speaks good English too and is great to work with. Maricela kept our place tidies up every single day....

The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible. We were so lucky to see three turtles laying eggs - unforgettable for sure! We hired a chef one night and were very, very happy with the food they prepared for us. All 16 of us had a great time.
