"The house is better than the pictures. The pool and hot tub were perfect. You’re on the beach. They even had caretakers there who did the cleaning and some cooking for us. Couldn’t say enough about how helpful and nice they were. The master bedroom set up was terrific. Comfortable beds, huge house. Definitely want to go back with an even bigger group as you would have plenty of space and wouldn’t have to worry about running into people. Very close to Playa Del Carmen and Tulum both. "Villas & Cenote Balam Ha is a Unique Place in surrounded by Nature in Akumal, very close to the Town and beaches where we snorkel with Turtles. The propierty, with very confortable accomodations, and fully furnished with Art pieces from all Mexico. We spend lot of time swiming in the Cenote, and spot the Spider Monkeys and The Toh Birds and did the Temazcal with Abuelita Laura, that was a superb experience. We also took massages and Yoga lesson. We will Come Back!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The kitchen, table, and living room were spacious and accommodating. The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible. We were so lucky to see three turtles laying eggs - unforgettable for sure! We hired a chef one night and were very, very happy with the food they prepared for us. All 16 of us had a great time. We will definitely come back."

"From start to finish the stay at Villa de la playa was great. Communication with the host was quick and Emilio was always there if we needed anything. We had a group of 11 and had plenty of space. The pool was refreshing on the hot humid days and even though it is a rocky area in front of the house, the ocean was amazing. A great area for snorkeling. There are iguanas that live in the rocks next to the pool and they come out to visit while you are sitting outside, definitely fun for the kids....

"Went to Akumal with a family to celebrate our fathers 80th birthday. Cannot say enough positive things about the house and staff on site. The house was well kept and beautiful. The staff were friendly, and worked hard! They took good care of us. The view is incredible, the pool was perfect for our kids to swim in all day. We walked up and down the beach to search for coral and seashells, there was a crew that came by everyday to clean up any seaweed that was washed up. They provide water, and...

"We stayed here with 4 couples and the home and location were absolutely incredible! The property owner and manager were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The home was immaculate and had everything you could need. The pool, hot tub and beach were stunning and so fun. There are many fun restaurants within walking distance. The housekeeping staff was awesome. They kept the house looking perfect and even did laundry for us. Overall it was the perfect couples trip. So relaxing and beautiful!...
