"The house is better than the pictures. The pool and hot tub were perfect. You’re on the beach. They even had caretakers there who did the cleaning and some cooking for us. "Villas & Cenote Balam Ha is a Unique Place in surrounded by Nature in Akumal, very close to the Town and beaches where we snorkel with Turtles. The propierty, with very confortable accomodations, and fully furnished with Art pieces from all Mexico. We spend lot of time swiming in the Cenote, and spot the Spider Monkeys and The Toh Birds and did the Temazcal with Abuelita Laura, that was a superb experience. We also took massages and Yoga lesson. We will Come Back!"

"We had a great stay. Cheryl was very communicative and very easy to deal with. This house sits right on the bay and is just stunning to wake up to the sunrise every day. The rooms all have cold AC and the showers were always hot. It is truly amazing when you first roll into the private gates and just take the view in. Samuel takes care of the property and any requests or needs you may have. He speaks good English too and is great to work with. Maricela kept our place tidies up every single day....

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The kitchen, table, and living room were spacious and accommodating. The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible. We were so lucky to see three turtles laying eggs - unforgettable for sure! We hired a chef one night and were very, very happy with the food they prepared for us. All 16 of us had a great time. We will definitely come back."

"Beautiful balcony to relax on and enjoy the fabulous view. Everything we needed was there, the lagoon is great for kayaking and swimming, and the owner was a delight. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely go back. We enjoyed outings to nearby Yal Ku for snorkeling and Xpu Ha beach where the locals go. A day trip to the ruins and cenotes at Coba was worth the journey, and the shrimp tacos at Kaab Hotel in Coba were the best we've ever had."
