"We come in every year for the holidays to visit family. It is a great location with access to Balboa and Newport. It is right in between the bay and the coastline. Fair warning the interior doors are not solid so if you need quiet for littles to nap this may not be the place for you. The attached patio is nice to sit and enjoy the gorgeous weather."

"We stayed for 9 days. The location was great for morning walks around the island, enough space for two to relax and unwind. Nice and bright, just like the photos, and a lovely view of the bay. All the amenities except for a washer/dryer but we have family nearby so it wasn’t a problem. Even parking wasn’t a concern. The bed was great too. "This may not apply to everyone, but we stayed here for 2 nights and while the location was perfect, the WiFi was atrocious. The TV would often disconnect, as would our phones. But, what was worse was that I was trying to work from the property for a couple of days and the WiFi wouldn't connect or when it did it was so unreliable to make attending meetings impossible. "Pro's: Cute neighborhood and apartment. Close to coffee houses and restaurants. Nice harbor location. We rented a Duffy electric boat to tour the harbor. Party town with staggering wealth. Biggest Ferrari dealership ever seen (and I've been to Maranello). Cons: An airliner passes overhead every 3-minutes. Smells like a sewer when the tide goes out. Jam-packed with other residences. Parking is challenging."
