"I did not enjoy my stay here one bit. The lift (accessible lift) was in a very inconvenient place and it was a major challenge getting in and out with luggage. When I checked in to my room, there was a very foul smell which was making me feel sick. I phoned reception a few times and it was constantly engaged so I had to go down to report my complaint.
