"This is our second time staying here and we LOVE this place. It’s a very short walk to the beach and lots of great dining options. Plus, these units have everything you could possibly need. Fully equipped kitchen, free laundry, coolers, beach chairs and umbrella and so much more. I highly recommend. We have stayed in unit 1 and 5. Both are great 2 bedroom places. We may try the studio next time because it has a wonderful backyard area that overlooks the waterway. "

"Condo was large, clean and well equipped with a quiet view of the inter-coastal waterway. Convenient to many restaurants and businesses, within walking distance. "There was a leak from the upstairs unit before we arrived. Greg was on top of it and repaired the damage the best he could before we got there. When we arrived he let us know what was going on and apologized and even gave us a gift card for a local restaurant. Overall there were no issues and the location was perfect. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, a coffee shop, and a bar if that’s what you’re into. There is a bar right across the street but you couldn’t hear any noise inside...

"Overall, it was a good stay. The condo was nice and as described. Very clean and comfortable. They have a bit of an ant issue around the kitchen sink, although the sink was the only place this was an issue. When we checked in the inside door security latch was broke down to the wood and appears someone tried opening the door really hard while the latch was engaged. The wood was split down the middle. "We needed ann impromptu escape after unexpectedly losing our black lab. We had stayed at one of the hosts other properties before that was not available. I was able to message Nicole and she had availability at this location and was very accommodating.
