"Condo was large, clean and well equipped with a quiet view of the inter-coastal waterway. Convenient to many restaurants and businesses, within walking distance. Our host was very responsive to questions and concerns. Limited parking on busy weekends with events at the Holiday Inn next door - warning was provided regarding such situations prior to booking!"

"There was a leak from the upstairs unit before we arrived. Greg was on top of it and repaired the damage the best he could before we got there. When we arrived he let us know what was going on and apologized and even gave us a gift card for a local restaurant. Overall there were no issues and the location was perfect. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, a coffee shop, and a bar if that’s what you’re into. There is a bar right across the street but you couldn’t hear any noise inside...

"Key Lime Cottage has so much charm and all the comforts of home. We spent. 4 days and nights, relaxed in the deck watching the birds, boats, and dolphins. Beach at Indian Rocks is always perfect. Nearby restaurants are amazing and our host was lovely, available and helpful. Will return on my next getaway."

"Overall, it was a good stay. The condo was nice and as described. Very clean and comfortable. They have a bit of an ant issue around the kitchen sink, although the sink was the only place this was an issue. When we checked in the inside door security latch was broke down to the wood and appears someone tried opening the door really hard while the latch was engaged. The wood was split down the middle. "We needed ann impromptu escape after unexpectedly losing our black lab. We had stayed at one of the hosts other properties before that was not available. I was able to message Nicole and she had availability at this location and was very accommodating. It was another perfect location, a block from the beach, great restaurants nearby and exactly what we needed to heal our hearts for a few days."
