"The property was very nicely loaded in the center of Cesky Krumlov. The view of the apartment was great. Size of the apartment is good. However the check-in instruction was terrible. The email sent earlier indicates a different property location. No parking related information at all. It didn’t alert guests that there is no parking allowed in the town. No parking lot recommendation. As we were redirected to the actual property with a large piece of luggage, the receptionist didn’t understand...

"The property is beautiful and the room would have been great. Unfortunately we were only told the morning of arrival that the private jacuzzi on the patio was not functioning, which was the whole reason we chose this property and paid significantly more than other hotels in the area. Management offered us an extra free night but our other travel was already booked. They said they couldn’t offer a discount for our stay since we booked through hotels.com.
