"Location, location, location! One of the closest spots to the beach. Beautiful view! We saw whales from the terrace. The water is an amazing color! Communication from the host was top-notch. Very responsive. When we needed something, it was immediately provided. This place is more like “glamping”. No doors. No private space. There is a safe for passports but other than that, there is no security to the floor in which this is located. I would not stay here as a single female. Some screens needed...

"If you want a quiet place with nice views this is it,a car or taxis a must,15 min hike down to Playa la Mina,unit is in need of some maintenance,worn out fry pans etc.no hot water for kitchen sink,bathroom sink no hot water,toilet flush sticky etc. Basically a small studio type room"

"From the day I booked our stay, I was in communication with the owner. She was helpful in so many ways, from transportation to and from airport, rental car, and dinner reservations. Her staff was amazing they went out of their way to make our stay very memorable . On my birthday I woke up for breakfast to Mexican Birthday music, flowers, and a delicious strawberry cheesecake. "We had never been to this part of Mexico. The pictures posted of the views don’t do it justice. The only sounds you will hear are the sounds of the ocean and birds. There are no city lights to interfere with the views of the sky at night. Communication with the property manager was promptly answered. One suggestion is an SUV is suggested. We look forward to returning to this lovely property next year."
