"The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people. The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that. The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. "Increíble estancia, el hotel está súper lindo, las habitaciones con excelente espacio, camas cómodas, solo mejoraría las almohadas que son muy altas. Excelente ubicación y gran servicio, me hospedaría de nuevo sin dudarlo. No hay suficiente estacionamiento pero fuera del mismo hay parquímetro. "

"We rented the place for two days with Expedia and they had overbooked, due to some problems with the platforms (Expedia & Vrbo). The owner was kind and offered our family a upgrade with another apartment that was available (meaning I'm talking about another apartment).The place was gorgeous, and the rooftop terrasse is a real plus! "We experienced Puebla for the first time and this home was the perfect place to stay. The historic nature of the building was what first got us interested. But it has also been updated for modern comfort. Very spacious for a large group, plus it’s walking distance from the center of town. Leobardo was not only very friendly but he was also very responsive. Overall fantastic experience here!"

"Carlos was great about communication! The apartment is at an excellent location in the heart of Puebla. The apartment is very secure, it has a door that requires a key to get in, followed by a door that requires a code, not to mention that the entrance to the apartment building is locked at night. Not that the extra security is needed, given the heavy police presence, but it is good to have nonetheless."

"Great place close to Puebla centro, nice room in a beautiful old house, with wide space, small bathroom and T.V."

"Beautiful property - updated with care. The historical beauty was well maintained, but with all the modern conveniences. Barbara was a wonderful help to us, and we had maximum privacy from noise. This was absolutely my favorite place to stay in Mexico! We were close enough to walk almost everywhere! Very cool bookstores, eateries and shops close by. Although, I could have easily stayed inside the whole time - it was so beautiful."
