"Excellent house for our family of five adults. The house and pool were just what we were looking for and as advertised. The property could use a little TLC but we would definitely come back again for our next visit. Overall a great stay."

"Staying at the Casita with the views was the best Vrbo experience ever. Safe and Quiet, Just out of the way with great views but close to everything you would need . Coffee on the back patio in the morning after a good sleep on the most comfortable bed! This Casita had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Decor, so cute and the skylights made us think we left the lights on . Michael and Bernie , thank you for sharing your Casita ! It was great talking with you and we will be back to stay...

"This is a great property and a great place to stay! When booking though realize that communication with this host is done through vrbo. You can book on expdia, but just realize that you have to create a vrbo account to get any communication about this particular property. The pool is excellent, well kept, and clean. That said, you can NOT check in early. They only allow check in AFTER 4 PM. SO DON'T bother to show up early. I hope this helps others when they book a stay here. The...

"Russ was very kind and helpful. The cabin/bedroom was tidy. My fault for not noticing that bathroom and kitchen were described as being communal. Are about 25 feet away from the cabin. Toilet uses sand not water for flushing "

"The scenery was beautiful. The wifi didn't work and we had no service but we didn't mind cause we enjoyed getting away not having to worry about anything. The beds were not the best hard to sleep on. The kitchen was perfect for being able to cook. The bathrooms were also nice Overall we enjoyed our stay; the owners were super friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again. "

"It was clean and easy to access. Carla was proactive in communication and helped us with a couple of needs that came up. Definitely recommend!"

"The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a panoramic view of the mountains and Albuquerque. The Rio Grande River is close by along with many walking trails. If you’re awake early, you’ll see hot air balloons floating in the distance. It was a wonderfully maintained house and we’ll definitely stay again if we’re in the Albuquerque area."
