"Counter staff and room service staff as usual is always at their tip top service level which make our stay feel great and comfortable. The only area that they may want to look into it, is the mineral water at room. Upon boiling the mineral water ,the kette seem to stain with white substance after 2-3 times at it base. "It’s not your typical hotel experience. Jiangnan House is located in the heart of the Nantou Ancient City, so you experience this contrast of the new and old. The hotel itself is completely open, no indoor corridors, you can see through the whole hotel from top to bottom of each floors. The design is beautiful, it’s very detail oriented and chique.
