"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff is phenomenal. They gave us great suggestions, helped when we had an emergency, and made sure we were taken care of. Elena and the whole team is great! The location is perfect! ~25 min walk to the Forbidden City and a 1 min walk to Wangfujing Street. My only critique is there are limited vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant. You’ll need to take a taxi to go to a large supermarket. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"Family of 4 adults visiting Beijing for the first time. Needed two rooms, so I wanted something slightly cheaper but still good. This hotel is buried behind other buildings, making it hard to find. It was basically walkable to the Forbidden City and nearby malls for dining. No breakfast served here, which was a downer. WiFi was slow and spotty. While it’s not bad by any means, for a family of 4 vacationing in Beijing for 3 days, I wish we’d picked something closer to dining options with...

"Large, clean room. Plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. I had some issues with my clothes after using the washer, but the staff were quick and efficient in helping to fix the problem. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Beijing again."

"The amenities and location were amazing. Having tea and snacks ready for you right as you walk in the door was lovely. Breakfast was also delicious and I appreciated the beautiful atmosphere. Despite being right next to a busy tourist area it was quiet and restful."

"Good location, it’s on Wangfujing street, with walking distance to tiananmen square, forbidden city, Jinshan park, and Beihai park. Close to subway station that takes you to other site view as well. Very friendly staff too. We didn’t try the breakfast at the hotel, because there are a lot local breakfasts restaurants nearby at a cheaper price. Also very good restaurants for Beijing dark and Beijing hotpot nearby as well. The hotel has a swimming pool, so my kids got to enjoy it in the afternoon...
