"My stay at JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou was mixed. There were some genuinely positive aspects, especially the front desk staff and housekeeping team, but there were also several disappointing experiences that affected my overall impression. The first negative impression happened on our arrival day. "I spent 2 nights here..One of the Reception staff (Tchai) does not speak english but very friendly. Most reception staff are young & use their personal phone messaging translator app to communicate english. Not a newly built hotel, room smaller than expected, but ok. Chinese Food restaurants are on many on the street, a mini-seat around park nearby. Nearest local subway station is Wenmiao station"
