"Room and public toilets smell of cigarettes especially the toilet near the restaurant. Buffet breakfast had a large variety but most food was cold and not replenished when gone. Concierge staff were very helpful with transportation and holding luggage. Visible mould in bathroom sink. Otherwise an ok stay."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff is phenomenal. They gave us great suggestions, helped when we had an emergency, and made sure we were taken care of. Elena and the whole team is great! The location is perfect! ~25 min walk to the Forbidden City and a 1 min walk to Wangfujing Street. My only critique is there are limited vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant. You’ll need to take a taxi to go to a large supermarket. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"Family of 4 adults visiting Beijing for the first time. Needed two rooms, so I wanted something slightly cheaper but still good. This hotel is buried behind other buildings, making it hard to find. It was basically walkable to the Forbidden City and nearby malls for dining. No breakfast served here, which was a downer. WiFi was slow and spotty. While it’s not bad by any means, for a family of 4 vacationing in Beijing for 3 days, I wish we’d picked something closer to dining options with...

Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was...
