Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

From the absolutely gorgeous Labradorite countertops in the kitchen to the vaulted, exposed beam ceilings with modern lighting, this inviting and updated condo has it all! Relax in style in the living area with a 60-inch TV with Fire TV Stick and a fun custom casino coffee table, and a wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy the furnished upper deck with new large BBQ and filtered view of the lake. The modern open kitchen with all new stainless steal appliances is well stocked with everything you'll need. Including ice maker, counter seating, dinning room table, cappuccino machine, and air fryer. The kitchen and living room are adorned with custom-fused glass art made by the owners. Additional amenities in the large master suite include a coffee maker, a large smart TV, private dry sauna on the lower-level, and private deck.

On the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe, this condo is the perfect getaway for adventure all year long. Play on the lake by paddle boarding, boating, fishing, water skiing, kayaking, and every other waterfront activity. In the winter, enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snow mobiles, and more. This area will be covered in a blanket of snow, and the skiers in your group will be gone from sunup to sundown when they find out that Heavenly Mountain Resort is just five miles from your door. Check out the local eateries, arts, entertainment, and family friendly attractions nearby to experience Lake Tahoe at its best.

Whether you have come to swim or fish in the sunshine, this is the perfect home base for it all. 200 steps out your door is Lake Tahoe and enjoy the community's own private beach. This property has 2 paddle boards, 2 single kayaks, 1 tandem kayak, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon to cart your beach gear down to the lake. And most importantly ,life vests for adults and kids, and a small cooler. For a little friendly competition, make your way to the shared tennis courts and play a few sets of tennis or pickle ball. Tennis rackets and paddles not provided.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location is great. 5 minute walk to lake, near Heavenly lifts, downtown Kitchen stocked w/ gadgets minus a small cooking pot. Gated community. Only marring events were when power circuit blew in kitchen, had to prove to property manager about devices by sending a pic of air fryer which they apparently didn't know they have on site. When sauna didn't heat up past 70, mgmt wanted picture when i notified prop mgr. Esch time i hsd to justify the problem w/ a picture. Repair person fixed sauna ptomptly but was given incorrect description by property mgr. Pet hairs found in closet blankets when we needed extrs layering-downstairs bedrooms chilly at night.

Some pros: quiet and the private beach is just a short walk away. Kitchen was fully equipped. Sauna was a nice touch. The amount of beach items this place came with was nice. Plenty of chairs and water toys like paddle boards and kayaks. Short distance to grocery store and had plenty of shops and restaurants close proximity to property. Cons: because there is no a/c, a screen door for the upstairs sliding door would’ve been nice. Otherwise it gets so hot upstairs and if you leave the door open, you invite some insects inside. The tubes that were provided deflated within minutes of blowing up. One was ripped so we didn’t use it. Checking in, we didn’t have access till about 15-20 minutes after 4pm because the cleaning company was still cleaning. After we got in, the cleaning was very lacking. We cleaned up and threw out the 2 bags of trash from previous people who stayed. Lastly the amount of pollen the was on both decks had accumulated so much you could put a handprint in it. Instead we swept upstairs and downstairs decks so we could use them. Overall loved the area. Was a very nice place.

Lovely unit in great location with great amenities. However, upon our late arrival, my daughter found her bedsheets covered in dog hair. She ended up sleeping on top of the bedspread and we spent our first day washing and changing sheets. Finding a dried up contact lens on the nightstand and dirty coffee mugs in the cabinet established the ’ick’ factor that prevented us from feeling comfortable at this otherwise ideal vacation home. We ended up leaving a day early and couldn’t find any check-out instructions; I called the three vacasa contacts on the binder (two numbers were inactive or changed, I left a vm on the third), and called the 1-800 vacasa number and was left on hold for so long I finally hung up. Which is a shame, I would otherwise rate the property very highly but the customer service side of things are what ruined the experience for us.

We enjoyed access to the beach, and when we had questions we got answers almost immediately. The kitchen is upstairs which you can’t tell from the photos, and the bed in the upstairs bedroom (off the kitchen) was so hard & uncomfortable we ended up moving downstairs. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. We stocked k cups for the next guests but I’m thinking it was closed for the winter- there is a keurig and a coffee pot but also a nice Safeway less than a mile away for whatever you might want.

Townhouse is close to Safeway and many good restaurants. Beach access is steps away. Beds are good. Kitchen better stocked than most vacation rentals which makes cooking and dining enjoyable. Would rent this unit again.

The location is great, very short drive to the casinos and Heavenly. The craps coffee table is unique and fun. The property could use a little updating. I took off one star because the quality of the toilet paper and paper towels was very poor and actually notable. Would stay again.

The property was very nice, well kept. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedrooms were very comfortable. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and three baths. It is a short walk to the beach which we enjoyed. A very relaxing place to stay at Lake Tahoe.

We loved our stay! Our party was my husband and I, two teenagers, and an infant. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The communal spaces were welcoming and cozy, and the kitchen had everything you could want/need to cook at the house. The location was awesome! Close to Heavenly, the casinos, and a lot of shopping and restaurants, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, and excellent spot to vacation!

Great location. The home is stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of pillows, blankets, baby gate, dog bowls, spices to cook with, and even sleds to use. The host gave great instructions on how to use everything. We would love to stay again!

Pros: Location! We loved being so close to the private beach (4 min walk), condo was spacious, great kitchen set up, comfortable beds. Cons: The check-in process was absolutely the worst I've ever come across. When booking the reservation, we had no idea the check-in location would be 25 minutes south of the property. This meant we drove past the condo, 25 minutes south to the management company, and then 25 minutes back north to the condo. Absolutely horrible - especially when traveling with kids! The check-in paperwork could have been handled over email and we were given an access code, which also could have been emailed. After a day of travel, driving an additional hour is unacceptable in my book. Also, the shower in the downstairs bathroom was gross. We all showered upstairs.
