"Were in town one night for a concert at the PPG arena. The place was very nice and comfortable for our stay. It was a 30 minute walk from the arena. "

"The property completely met our needs for its location and value for a family gathering weekend. Helen was great and everything ran smoothly. It was comfortable and nicely updated. A minor issue we reported with an AC unit was addressed timely and appropriately. Great customer service and attentiveness."

"My fraternity brothers and I were attending an online conference and wanted to spend sometime together while doing so. This house was just right for what we wanted. It gave us the privacy we needed to discuss the items of the conference as well as the comfort of home to feel welcome and made it easier to talk. It is also close to groceries and other shopping incase we needed anything which was great. "

"Clean, spacious and full of character. This home is tucked away on a hillside in a quiet, private area. High ceilings, lots of old charm mixed with new features. Primary bedroom mattress was super comfortable but be warned it’s Super Bright in the mornings for sure. Lots of room for everyone to spread out over three stories. AC key for summer stays. All the towels, blankets and pillows you could need and all the comforts of home alongside them. We absolutely would stay again. "

"My family loved this property! Located on a quiet street and all the neighbors we ran into were very nice. I didnt find any issues with parking and it was the weekend. This property is stocked with anything you could need and was clean. The host was great and I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Great property! Very spacious, clean, and well decorated. Perfect for hosting our bachelorette weekend! Highlights were obviously the hot tub, fireplace, large dining and gathering areas. We had tons of space for meals together, games, crafts, and even a game of late night hide and seek hahaha. Host was gracious, easy to contact, and sent reminder texts about check in and check out rules. Would recommend for large gatherings of all kinds!"

"Property was large enough to accommodate my group and nicely decorated with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, hot tub, and arcade machine. Within walking distance to plenty of bars/restaurants and PNC Park. Great view from the top floor balcony - able to see fireworks set off at PNC Park. Would stay here again. "

"Home is entirely updated and very comfortable. The convenient layout, with one bedroom downstairs from the main floor and the other two bedrooms upstairs from the main floor floor, worked well for our group. Fenced yard with fire pit and hot tub felt very private. Home location was close to everything we wanted to do, with essentially nothing more than 10 mins away. Thanks for a great stay!!"

"Larry was a wonderful attentive host. Quick clear communication. Wonderful place to bring your fur family members. Nice trails for them to burn off some pent up travel energy. Great hiking nearby and plenty of small town charm in the area as well to explore. Or just be intown for a college visit or two…. ;)"
