Katastrophe....
Das ist das schlechteste hotel die ich in meinen leben besucht habe. Unfreundliche personal, keine heizung in zimmer und kein warmes wasser zum Duschen.

Está bien, pero puede mejorar. Faltan enchufes en la habitación. Y el pago para el aparcamiento no me ha gustado. Deberían informar sobre el coste.

Leider nicht so sauber wie erwartet
Leider war das Bad / Toilette nicht ordentlich geputzt. Es waren ganz eindeutig Spritzer / Spuren von Vormietern an den Fliesen und dem Handtuchhalter. Die Fenster waren ebenfalls nicht geputzt, im SZ waren Chipsbrösel auf dem Boden und an den Decken Spinnweben.
