"每年都會來住，但覺得有點退步了 1. 沒爆米花，過去每次住都有這次卻沒有，爆米花也沒多少錢，要嘛偷偷加在房價多個100-300也沒感覺，其實沒多少錢，自己後來花錢買了，但這是從都有變成沒有，一個感覺問題。 2. 泳池永遠都是這麼冰，請員工、管理者跟救生員自己下去游看看就知道，然後說心得；建議把SPA的熱水挪一些來泳池，泳池不用到溫水，但不要是冰水，畢竟這是「親子飯店」。 3. SPA設施沒維護的感覺，標示牌的「禁止觸碰」有的字都不見了，牌子東倒西歪。 3. 感謝升等，也很棒，但建議可以先請櫃檯人員多事先說清楚地理位置房型以及差異，有說明一下圖文客戶互動比較好。 4. 也感謝安排換房，但也建議先清楚兩者的差異，電話多說清楚，說換高樓層且比較大，但實際去發現小很多，後來小孩還是覺得原本的比較好就沒換了。 ..."

"住在橘子園中的露營車上，感覺很像在義大利，當天氣溫驟降，但露營車上暖氣很足，完全不會冷(但出了露營車冷歪)。聖誕節有手作和尋寶遊戲，小孩第一次坐電動腳踏車，第一次摘橘子，第一次奢華露營體驗很棒，下次會再來!"
