"Perfect house for our stay! Needed a large house for UC Davis Graduation and this place was perfect. Communication with the owner was quick and very nice. 5 full bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, lovely backyard space to congregate, we were extremely pleased with the property."

"We were in town for our daughter's soccer tournament and this was a perfect house in a perfect location for us."

"We were attending a wedding in Woodland so we did not spend a lot of time in the house, but it fulfilled our needs for the weekend. "

"The property itself was delightful, peaceful, and private. The hosts were fabulous. The kitchenette (no stove/oven) was well-stocked. Being a rural area, nights were very quiet except for the expected barking dogs and roosters! The only negative was walking off-property: the quiet street was spoiled by mean neighboring dogs, especially since we were walking our own small dog on leash. "

Unfortunately, the state of the property was dismal- dirty dishes in the dishwasher, crumbs on stove, coffee maker neglect to the point there was substantial green mold in coffee grounds and filter left in the maker, a roll of toilet paper was displayed in the paper towel holder- everything felt neglected and unkempt. While there was plenty of room for our family one of the bunk bed lower bunks was broken causing my nephew and his wife to...

"Very clean. Easy stay with a toddler with lots of indoor free space to spread out toys and play. Appreciate the minimalist decor yet we had e everything we needed for our stay. Inadvertently locked ourselves out and the host was gracious and quick to resolve the issue. We will be back!"

"This place is super for a friend/family gathering!! Even in rainy mid March our teens loved hanging out in the pool and spa. So perfect for lots of cooking and relaxing with family and friends!!"

We were able to get a hold of the host, even though it was very late and get in. He refunded a portion of the cost to us at the end. Bed was comfy. Kids were happy overall great stay."
