  • Amplia, moderna y rica en características tradicionales, Villa Agrícola es un magnífico ejemplo de la hospitalidad griega. Con una ubicación perfecta a las afueras de las famosas localidades costeras de Alikes y Alikanas, la villa puede alojar hasta 11 huéspedes en interiores elegantes y con estilo (totalmente renovado) y está rodeada de amplios jardines con una piscina privada recién agregada. Gracias a su carácter, excelente ubicación, interiores acogedores y una excelente relación calidad-precio, Villa Agricola es una de las propiedades más vendidas que atrae a clientes recurrentes año tras año.

    En el interior, la villa está distribuida en 2 plantas, cuenta con hermosas terrazas y ha sido totalmente renovada para ofrecer una experiencia de vacaciones inmejorable. En la planta baja, espacioso y espacioso, hay un cómodo salón (sofás, TV vía satélite, internet wi-fi), una cocina totalmente equipada diseñada a propósito (4 fogones, horno, microondas, tostadora, hervidor, nevera / congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora), 3 habitaciones dobles con baño privado (todas con aire acondicionado, TV vía satélite, cuarto de baño privado con ducha). En la planta superior (a la que se accede por una escalera exterior) hay 2 habitaciones más con aire acondicionado, respectivamente una doble y una individual, que comparten un baño familiar con bañera. En la planta superior también hay un salón útil con un sofá cama perfecto para recibir al huésped número 11, así como una cocina pequeña. Toda la propiedad (dormitorios y zonas comunes) está climatizada. Las amplias terrazas ofrecen hermosas vistas a los jardines y la piscina. Las terrazas están sombreadas y provistas de cubiertas laterales para disfrutarlas incluso al principio o al final de la temporada.

    En el exterior, Villa Agricola es un verdadero oasis dentro de la hermosa naturaleza mediterránea. Hay un montón de árboles maduros, arbustos, flores, terrazas pavimentadas y jardines con césped. Pasar largas horas bajo el sol brillante, o pasear por los jardines, será una verdadera delicia! Un comedor cubierto (mesa para 10 personas) con barbacoa está disponible para comidas deliciosas, y un montón de zonas de estar están disponibles en todo el terreno. La piscina privada recién agregada mide 8m x 5m (profundidad 1. 4m) y está bellamente iluminada por la noche. Cómodas tumbonas están disponibles para que los huéspedes disfruten.

Fantastische vakantiewoning!

Wij verbleven met ons gezin (2 kinderen) en opa en oma 2 weken in de villa. Opa en Oma bovenverdieping en wij beneden. Was echt ideaal! Heel fijn huis met heerlijk terras achter en fantastisch zwembad! Ook de ligging is heel prettig, mooi centraal en dichtbij supermarkten en leuke stranden! Zeker een aanrader!

Wonderful

Great accommodation with authentic Greek elements. Some services are dated, but others modern. The house is very large and the private swimming pool is great. Wonderful suroundings with view on the mountains. Great located in de middle of the island within 30min drive to all hot spots. Alykes Beach is highly recommended. Not crowded, nice sandy beach and great Neraida Alykanas Beach bar/restaurant with very friendly people. Very friendly owner of the house and helpfull agency with direct communication.

UNA BELLA ESPERIENZA

La casa corrisponde esattamente alle fotografie. Ogni stanza al piano terra ha il proprio bagno comprensivo di asciugacapelli. La cucina dispone di tanti elettrodomestici compresa macchinetta per il caffè nespresso. La piscina è magnifica. Ogni 3 giorni vengono effettuate le pulizie con cambio asciugarmi e lenzuola. Vacanza perfetta !!!!

This is a lovely villa set in beautiful gardens with a good sized pool and plenty of parking. The location is very central - the beaches of Alykes and Alykansas are nearby and it is about 25 mins from the airport. Givenb what we paid for it, we were a little disappointed on arrival as the11th bed wasn't there and the kitchen was lacking in basics that we had previously found when renting villas eg there were no dishcloths,teatowels etc and only glass wine glasses to drink from which would not be a good idea with 5 children next to a swimming pool! However on contacting the rental company the owner was very quick to respond and provided everything we needed. Beds were quite hard but comfortable and the bedding was crisp and clean although some towels needed replacing. The pool was checked frequently and cleaned out, and rubbish was removed promptly. Some cleaning equipment such as a vacuum cleaner or dustpan and brush would have been useful although someone did come round to clean half way through the week which was nice to have clean linen. The property is advertised as having a "kitchenette" upstairs but the reality was this had nothing in it and we were told it was not useable. The other thing that might be useful to know is that the property is actually accessed from the side, driving through the entrance of a property that is being renovated rather than from the front/main road which caused us some confusion on arrival!

Fantastische villa voor een groep vrienden

Heerlijke villa met fijne terrassen buiten en ruime slaapkamers. Wij hebben de katten lekker hun gang laten gaan, maar niet iedereen houdt van katten in huis, dus een vermelding op de site zou wel fijn zijn. En dubbele sleutels was ook fijn geweest. Maar overall hebben wij het heerlijk gehad in Villa Agricola👌

Best holiday ever!

Just had a fabulous week in Zante. We are a family with four children (9,11,13,15) and this villa was just amazing. I was worried the pictures looked too good but it is just like this for real! There is so much space and so many different seating areas it is difficult to use them all. The barbecue area is great and pool is brilliant (and not too cold). Please note that the villa is actually two separate flats. 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs only accessed by the outside steps and a separate front door. If you have younger children this might be an issue having them in a separate flat but was fine for us. The area is brilliant and it was nice to be away from the more tacky resorts in the south. Highlights include: Xigia beach (south) Climb up mount Vrachionas Walk from Skinari to Kilma Bay (the most amazing snorkelling spot ever). Walk to Vertzagio caves directly from the house Would highly recommend getting the Sunflower Guidebook to make the most of the island. This villa is highly recommended and we are already thinking of returning there.
