The room was great(private pool) but lacked any vanity kits or things like that. The pools are nice for children. The main problem was the food. Although they served stuff like tuna, prawns etc the preparation was bad. Mostly overcooked and no savour. The pizza at the a la carte restaurant was good but otherwise nothing worth mentioning.Presentation wise is very nice. The 3 star rating comes from the food. In other aspects it is a good stay. Oh and the distances between the room and the first bar was rather big. :)

Lots of amenities which were great for kids. Water park, pools, beach within walking distance. The restaurants are all closed at the same time for a couple hours during the day, but there is a snack bar. Lots of places to go nearby off resort as well.

Great family-friendly resort with plenty of pools. The splash park was a huge hit with our kids (9 and 11), and I’d highly recommend upgrading to your own private pool. It was lovely to have a quieter space to unwind at the end of the day. Just be mindful all pools close at 7pm including your private pool which was slightly annoying considering the sun doesn’t set until after 9pm. All the staff spoke English, which made everything much easier. Night time activities were fun and involved the whole family. The food was okay, but definitely not the highlight. The buffet had lots of variety, yet it felt quite repetitive, as though we were eating the same dishes in different forms. The fish and chip restaurant was disappointing, with a very limited menu — just one fish and chip option and for those who don’t eat fish you had a choice of deep-fried beef or chicken burger patties. The Mexican restaurant was also underwhelming, with just one tower of food to share between 4 and everything was quite bland. The Italian restaurant was by far the best. The wood-fired pizzas were delicious, so I’d highly recommend booking it as many times as you can. The drinks were good, and the kids loved the free ice cream. Overall, it’s a fantastic family resort with great facilities and plenty to keep the kids entertained. Just don’t choose it for the food!

L’accueil est très médiocre. Le complexe est énorme et il n’y a personne pour nous expliquer quoi que ce soit. On a été livré à nous même avec un bébé On a du se renseigner tout seul auprès des autres vacanciers. - l’appartement était infecté de limasses et d’insectes bizarres, nous avons dû se débrouiller seul pour les sortir - Personne dans l’hôtel n’a été capable de m’expliquer Ou je pouvais garer ma voiture - La femme de ménage nous a laissé une nuit sans draps car elle a oublié d’en mettre - le troisième jour nous avons été réveillé par des travaux à 8h30 dans l’hôtel - la nourriture est vraiment de mauvaises qualité - personnel peu formés non professionnels et pas du tout à la hauteur

Great for families. The hotel is vast, it is so big that golf buggies take you to your room. Entertainment is good. Food is good. Staff are really friendly. Especially Diaz

We really enjoyed this hotel! We had a lovely swim up room which was handy as being pregnant, it was easier to lounge around the room pool than going to the main ones. There was always a sun bed available and the children really enjoyed the facilities! Especially the water park and bouncy castle. The food was hit and miss but we always had something to eat each night. The restaurant choices were good, but booking them seemed unnecessary as they wasn’t always busy. To improve I would suggest a larger drinks variety as it was mainly fizzy or sweet drinks. Water provided in rooms or bottles of water available as part of All Inclusive. Also mats in the rooms as it can be very slippery when coming from the pool. Also, more information about activities available each day on the app, as well as showing your restaurant bookings. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we are planning to come back with a larger group next time! Thanks for the lovely hospitality and kind staff assistance!

Great waterpark, good service and helpfull staffs, entertainment area was very accommodating for kids. Although the hotel is big, you could always request for hotel buggies to transport within the hotel. Easy access to book excursions just outside hotel. Overall, had a lovely time at the property.

Nice hotel for family stay

Room with pool, all inclusive meal / drink were good for family with kids. Some foods were tasty but some were not so much at hotel restaurant. Location is good, walking distance to beach.

Vackert hotell med underbara pooler, bra mat överlag och fantastisk personal. Vattenland för alla åldrar även vuxna. Återvänder gärna igen och vill varmt rekommendera. Fantastiskt med pool direkt från rummet!

We stayed at Caretta Paradise WaterPark Resort with high expectations because the resort is beautiful and the facilities are excellent. The pools and gardens are very well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The Italian restaurant was the highlight of our stay, serving delicious pizzas. Unfortunately, the all-inclusive food was very repetitive, and we were concerned because some of the pork was still pink and appeared undercooked. The desserts were also repetitive and not very good. The evening entertainment was poor and lacked variety. There were also many stray cats around the resort. We understand this is common in Greece, but some of the cats looked sick, which was upsetting. The biggest issue was that we had to leave two days early because we suspected bed bugs in our room after developing very itchy bite-like marks on our arms. As a result, we lost two nights that we had already paid for and had to buy new return flights at our own expense, which made the experience even more stressful and costly. After returning home, I emailed the hotel to report our concerns, but I never received any reply, which was extremely disappointing. The resort is beautiful, but the food, entertainment, hygiene concerns, the financial loss we experienced, and the lack of response to our complaint mean we would not return or recommend this hotel.

Ein wirklich schönes Resort, genau das richtige für Wasserratten und zum Ausspannen. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und das Meer war von unserem Balkon aus direkt zu sehen. Das Essen und Getränke sind lecker, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Wir hatten auch großen Spaß an der Mini Disco, die jeden Abend für die Kleinen stattfindet. Für unseren Geschmack mit 20 Uhr etwas spät, unsere Kleine ist aber auch erst 3. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Modern clean rooms as advertised, walls a bit thin so could hear the neighbours. Food was fine, nothing spectacular but always something to choose. Rice and spice restaurant and Bella gusto restaurant much better than the others. Swim up pool was nice and no issues getting sun loungers around the other pools most of the time. Only one deep pool was a bit of a let down but it is a family- and child-friendly resort so that’s fine. Included drinks were fine too, but nothing to write home about. Staff friendly, rooms spotless. Overall a nice place but wouldn’t want to stay more than a week as the food would get quite repetitive!!

Wasserpark sehr schön. Leider waren die ganze Woche 2 Kinderrutschen gesperrt. Das Zimmer war noch recht neu, leider mit ein paar kleinen Mängeln. Die Reinigungskräfte waren super. Essen war meist gut bis sehr gut. Nur manchmal schon recht kalt. Allgemein ist die Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Kinderbetreuung geht erst ab 3. etwas lieblos gehalten. Alles in allem war es aber eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Apartment mit gutem Blick auf das Meer, allerdings brannte 24 h die Außenbeleuchtung, die wir nirgends abstellen konnten. Dadurch war das Schlafzimmer deutlich zu hell.Alles andere o.k., haben wir andernorts aber auch schon häufig besser erlebt. Die nationalen Getränke dazu in kleinen Bechern waren eher downlight.
