"The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Check in was easy and they accommodated us a little early. Our mattress was uncomfortable and when I told them they were attentive and gave us a lovely free breakfast in the Chalkboard their hotel dining. Someone came and evaluated the mattress so it will be replaced for next visitor!! We loved the location and would stay there again!! "

"The B.O.K. Center is close about a 3 block walk! The hotel and hotel staff were very helpful. Like any large city there were homeless people but they were no problem. There was a good police presence the night of the concert and throughout our stay. Would stay there again when in Tulsa!"

"Every encounter from the valet to housekeeping greeted us with a hello. Room service was fast, valet was quick and helped you load and unload. It was fantastic!"

"Great area around hotel for restaurants and things to do especially for first two days of Tulsa Tough. Staff very helpful. Only issue is sound proofing in hotel is not great. Just people talking in other rooms is easily heard and potentially loud."

"Had a wonderful stay. Warmly greeted as we entered the hotel for check-in. Only complaint — the Valet guy pocketed my change that I asked for. Gave him $20 and asked for a $10 back and he totally ignored the whole thing. I felt like he did it intentionally which was really awkward to say the least. "

"Easy to find from the highway. Staff was very efficient with checking in. Room was very clean. We did not like how easily we could hear everyone in the hallway and rooms. That made our experience significantly less enjoyable-especially when our family was so tired and could not have a nice quiet nights sleep."
