Hotel itself was OK - no complaints, and continental breakfast was pretty varied, even though they had run out of milk for the coffee and I was told 'they had no more', which is something that should be addressed. Also no leeway at breakfast - as soon as the clock chimed nine the desk lady got up and put everything away.
Didn't find the desk staff friendly at all; no smiles, greetings, hello's or good mornings. All of local native descent so maybe a cultural thing, though I doubt it as the cleaning lady was smiley and helpful. All in all a fair place to stay for the price, though some staff customer service training seems to be required.
