However, the entire staff provides INCREDIBLE customer service and most speak English well. Suzy, the manager, arranged many activities and transportation for us and gave us excellent recommendations. We highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Yangshuo. "

"Beautifully appointed rooms with high windows, A/C, comfortable beds, and a fantastic English speaking host, Demi. We loved the “Western Breakfast” b/c after 2 weeks of continuous Chinese food we were really craving a break. Eggs, waffle, juice, coffee really hit the spot. I can also vouch for the Muesli over yogurt. The pizza is “different” but I still enjoyed. "Lovely stay. Only stayed here for one short night but wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful charming place in an old restored building. Nice area along the Yulong river. Yummy food and resto has a nice terrace. We went back the next day for dinner;) Room is clean and spacious. Staff is helpful and friendly. "

"The staff go way beyond the ordinary to make sure your stay is the best possible. I really have to commend the staff in every way. "We are were a family of four.Overall the hotel, was really good because the staff’s service was top notch. The food there was tasty and it was good because it had less oil unlike other restaurants outside. The rooms are huge with a nice spacious living room and it has nice scenery with Guilin mountains."
