"Lisa and Samuel were gracious hosts. Transportation was arranged, and the driver arrived right on time to pick my husband and me up later that day. After a long flight, I needed medication for a cold. Samuel walked me to a pharmacy where he explained to the pharmacist what I needed. Additional cooking utensils were required and were promptly brought over. Access to the train station through the basement was excellent! The location was 20 to 30 minutes from all the attractions we wanted to see...

"The stay is fine. The staff is not as helpful as expected, e.g. seldom able to answer questions effectively and correctly. There is one exception though, whose name is Ethan Chen. Ethan is very professional and friendly. Once hearing my complaint about iPhone charging in my room, he immediately act to quickly resolve the issue. Definitely a special thank to him."

"The location is great if you can find it not easy to find all the signage is in Chinese and very difficult to find. Fortunately I had a Chinese colleague with me who helped without him. "Nice central location in Jingan district. Close to Subway/Metro and shopping mall/foods. Property is older and small size service apartments, mixed with individual business, offices, residential. Check the size and expectation. Apartment is clean and nice. Lots of courier traffic within the lifts. Security guard does not speak english. Rental property management is located at 1601. Fluent in english and very helpful. Communicate easily thru WeChat app for any room request. "
